By using our services, you agree to these Terms, along with all relevant U.S. and international laws governing the shipping of regulated materials.
2. Service Overview
dba FAA Mailforwarding, LC Heavy Logistics, LLC. provides a mail forwarding service that enables customers to receive mail from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) at a designated U.S. address and have it openend, scanned or shipped to an overseas location. Our role is limited to the handling and forwarding of mail, and we do not take responsibility for the content, legality, or intended use of the documents. We are not responsible nor can we ensure the timely arrival of such received mail. A service agreement must be signed prior to starting the mail forwarding service.
3. Legal Compliance
- U.S. Federal and International Law Compliance: You agree to comply with all relevant U.S. and international laws and regulations, including export and import restrictions, when using our services.
- FAA Regulations: Customer is responsibile for compliance with Federal Aviation Administration regulations regarding the forwarding of mail and we are not responsible for any unauthorized use of forwarded items or documents or the timely arrival of such documents.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and current personal and shipping information including a valid email and physical mailing address. Misrepresentation of information may result in service termination and potential legal action.
- Registration: Customers must register the Dba FAA Mailforwarding Address as U.S. Mailing Address with the Federal Aviation Administration.
- Prohibited Items: You are solely responsible for ensuring that items forwarded through our service do not violate any U.S. or international laws. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, hazardous materials, restricted technology, and other controlled substances.
- Import Compliance: You are responsible for any duties, taxes, and fees required by your destination country’s customs authority.
5. Shipping Protocols
